Lausitztower receives German Property Developer Refurbishment Award

The entire building was insulated in compliance with the requirements set out in the Energy Saving Regulation. With very good insulation values the PVC windows contribute decisively towards the energy efficiency of the building and are fitted with Regel-Air control vents that can be adjusted by the residents to cover minimum ventilation requirements.
